Sherry is currently experiencing an unprecedented revival. With this in mind Annie B's Spanish Kitchen introduces a special week-long gourmet odyssey, The Ultimate Sherry Lovers' Tour (23-29 May 2013) based in the Andalucian white town of Vejer de la Frontera, on the edge of the 'Sherry Triangle'. Follow the Palomino grape on its journey as a simple white wine through the FAB (Fortified, Aged and Blended) process to become a deliciously complex Sherry wine.
